Altrusa International of Tampa, a service club organized in 1953 as a member club of Altrusa International, Inc., established the Altrusa International of Tampa - Wilma B. Hogan Foundation, Inc., in 1999 honoring one of its most devoted and dedicated members, Wilma B. "Billie" Hogan. The Foundation was made possible by "Billie's" generous bequest to the club to further its program of service to the community and the club members' desires to continue and expand areas of service.
